Peggy Dean combines specialized skills in interpersonal communication with extensive experience in training, marketing, sales, public relations and management to provide a unique approach to coaching, training and consulting. As owner of Peak Performance Corp since 1980, she has consulted with privately and publicly held organizations, from multi-million dollar enterprises to small business owners. The common denominator among her clients is that they all have objectives that demand optimal performance and maximum human effectiveness.
Ms. Dean provides coaching and training in the areas of business and leadership development, sales effectiveness, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. She specializes in customized programs for heads of organizations, individual leader/performers such as sales reps and managers, and entrepreneurs. She is known nationally for her ability to produce unprecedented results in teamwork, productivity, and profitability.
With young or start-up businesses, Ms. Dean has demonstrated her ability to align with the owner’s vision, to identify and understand the target markets, to “do what it takes” to implement the critical strategies and actions steps necessary to move the business to success, and to help put in place a plan for the business to continue to thrive.
She brings to the business arena a background of diverse experience as she previously managed corporate affairs, education, public relations and advertising programs for a multi-national systems manufacturer, was the vice president of a regional bank chain and directed programs of national impact for a number of corporations. She holds an Executive MBA Degree from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development. She is the author of numerous articles on human development and performance.
