What is a high-performance culture? And
how do you build one? Culture is the
"essence" of your organization and how it gets things done. Leaders set and
build culture by their own policies and actions as well as the people they
bring into the organization.
Vision is what gives your mission impetus and creates a coveted
culture. One of the primary jobs of leadership is to constantly
communicate the vision and translate its meaning into action
for each team members' position. The goal is to have each
person align their personal vision with the organizational
vision.
Our Leadership and Team Development Workshops help you build
