About Us

Avaunt began services in early 1998 by supporting organizations around individual performance enhancement using our expertise in behavioral assessments. We have continued to grow in that arena and became a Master Distributor with Harrison Assessments in 1999.

Our client base has grown to include Fortune 500 as well as small and medium size organizations. We serve organizations across the country and our associates operate out of eight different states.

Avaunt provides our clients with expert and “process” level consulting, including organizational design employing a System Dynamics approach, as well as leadership and talent development programs.
